Title: Plant-Based Diets

This webcast will begin by introducing the nutritional deficits within the prevalent dietary pattern in the general population. Evidence-based scientific findings will be given in support of a plant-based diet as a reasonable and adequate solution. The webcast will conclude by empowering the listener with practical points for implementing a plant-based diet and will also allow for questions.

2. Understand why plant-based nutrition is a reasonable and adequate solution for chronic disease protection and treatment.
