Title: Live Webcast: Surviving the Holidays

This presentation is intended to provide information and resources to cardiopulmonary healthcare professionals regarding how to help their patients survive the holidays. For example, helping patients learn to deal with the holiday stress and challenges they may face in sticking to their health goals during this time.
Learning Objectives:
1. Common concerns patients have during the holidays.
2. The role of stress and mood during the holiday season in leading to problematic behaviors (e.g. problematic eating behavioral de-activation)
3. Evidence-based coping skills to suggest to your patients who may be struggling with the holidays mentally and/or physically.
