Title: How to Deal with Difficult Patients and Coworkers

The webinar will offer an understanding of personality disorder from a clinical point of view and present renowned theories and research.
Through case studies presentation, participants will receive helpful tips in order to insure that patients sustain full benefit of cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation. Participants will also learn how to manage difficult interactions with coworkers.
