This talk will provide a brief overview of the pathophysiology of pulmonary hypertension, its diagnosis, management, and prognosis and the role of exercise in management of these patients.  Based on over 25 years of practice in caring for these patients the presenter will share her insights and thoughts and practical tips on caring for patients with pulmonary hypertension.

Learning Objectives
1. Understand the basic pathophysiology of pulmonary hypertension.
2. Understand the basic treatment approach to patients with pulmonary hypertension including exercise and conditioning.
3. Understand current treatment goals and guidelines for these patients and resources available to support their care.
